    We verify identity of all appointments- guests are required to show their valid government issued photo ID to us for appointment check-in.

    Please note: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all scheduled parties at check-in. Failure to present proper identification will result in appointment cancellation, and any associated promotional offers will be forfeited. If rescheduling is available, it will be offered at the time of cancellation; however, rescheduling is not guaranteed. Please be aware that some promotional offers may expire before a rescheduled appointment becomes available.

    Yes, vacation-related promotions involve out-of-pocket costs.

    Common expenses include, but are not limited to: deposit, taxes & fees. Expenses not included in an offer such as meals, entertainment, & transportation are out of pocket.
