How do I refer someone I know for a presentation?

Click on the "Refer Now" button and fill in the required information. We will need the name and email address of your referral so we can send them a Request for Appointment email to book their presentation. Once they complete their presentation, they will receive a certificate for a 8-day, 7-night condominium stay (restrictions apply). And you will receive your gift card!

What if I don't know the email address of my referral?

You can give them or the link for the Referral Form https://www.vistatravelcompany.com/memberreferral The referral form allows for phone number and email. You can always have your referrals call us at 616-949-2727 to book their appointment. They will need to give us your name and phone number when they call so we can make sure that you are credited.

How do I earn a $50 digital gift card for referring my friends, acquaintance, and co-workers?

Click on the "Refer Now" button and fill in the required information for your referrals. We must have their name and email address in order to send them an invitation to book their presentation. To earn a $50 digital gift card for referring friends, family, and co-workers, your qualified referral must complete a presentation. Upon completion of their presentation, your referrals will receive a certificate for a 8-day, 7-night condominium stay (restrictions apply).

What are my Digital Gift Card choices?

You can choose from a wide variety of options. Please be sure to note the terms and conditions of use from each company.

How and when will I receive my $50 digital gift card?

Within ten days of completion of presentation, an email will be sent to the referring member with a link to merchant choices and code to order the digital gift card. Within 24 hours, the referring member will receive their digital gift card via email. A qualified referral = name and email address.

How do I choose and collect my Referral Reward when my referral becomes a member?

We'll notify you within 10 days of the referral purchase by telephone and ask you to choose your reward: a credit or a check. You'll receive your reward approximately 30 days after your referral purchases their travel club membership. The referral must be paid in full or complete the down payment and make the first monthly payment before the reward will be paid. No reward will be paid if the referral cancels their membership. Member account must be active in order to receive reward. The GDV Credit is a Condominium voucher that must be redeemed within 12 months following your Referral's purchase date, and your account must be active in order to receive or redeem the reward.

What is the GDV Credit and how do I use it?

The GDV Credit is a Condominium Voucher that you can redeem for condominium vacations from your travel club membership. You can redeem these over the phone with a Vacation Specialist or online by entering the code on the payment screen. The payment screen will automatically calculate your payment options, taking into account any Star Credits you may have so you can get the most value out of your voucher. The Condominium Voucher cannot be combined with any other offer, can only be used one time, and the entire voucher must be used in one transaction. Any balance will be forfeited by the member. The Condominium Vouchers are strictly for condominium vacations and cannot be used for cruises, tours or any other services provided by the membership.

How do I get the check?

If you opt for the cash out option, you will receive a check payable to the member's name on the membership account, mailed to the address on file. The check will be from Vista Travel Company LLC.

I had a Referral become a Member, but I haven't received my reward yet.

Please give us a call at 616-949-2727 and have the following information ready: - Your name and member number - The Referral's name and Member number - The date the referral purchased their membership. We will do some quick research and get back to you within two business days.

What is a qualified referral?

(1) Married couples: both must be at least 25 years old; both must be present for the presentation; must be gainfully employed. (2) Unmarried Couples who have lived together for at least one year, are both at least 25 years old, and can supply proof of cohabitation with a bill showing both names; OR copies of both driver's licenses showing the same address. Both must be present for the presentation; must be gainfully employed. (3) Single women: Must be at least 30 years old and gainfully employed. (4) Single men: Must be at least 30 years old and gainfully employed. (5) Retirees: Retired couples must be 70 years old or younger. If one spouse is retired and the other is working, that is a qualified referral as long as the retired spouse is 70 or younger.
